Short answers
What happens if a game disconnects?
Rounds in progress are settled server-side, so a dropped connection does not void a bet. The same rule covers fish shooting and live games.

Titles at 9club come from Playtech, Clotplay and IBCBET and others.
How fast is a withdrawal?
Between five and fifteen minutes on Boost and Touch ’n Go, and inside one working day on a bank transfer.
What is the wagering requirement?
The welcome bonus carries a 12× requirement on deposit plus bonus. Live casino contributes 20% toward turnover; slots contribute in full. The headline offer is 100%.
Are there fees on a deposit?
Limits and timings are set by the payment channel rather than by the site, so they rarely change. Boost and Touch ’n Go are the fastest listed here.

Both English and Bahasa Melayu. The channels listed here are Telegram and Live Chat.
Anything not covered
Anything specific to your own account belongs on the operator’s live chat. The promotion page states the turnover on each current offer, and the articles works the same ground at more length. The fish shooting, live games and 4d pages cover how each format actually plays.
What this page answers
These cover the account, cashier and bonus ground most questions land on. They are the things worth settling before a first deposit rather than after it. The headline offer here is 100% on a first deposit, and it carries turnover like any other.
There is a page each for Fish Shooting, Live Games, 4D, Sportsbook, and the promotion lists what is live.
